A Voice of Depth and Awakening
Elise’s podcast is a rare gem, an ever-expanding field of insight, soul, and intellectual integrity. She speaks not just about spirituality and wellness, but about the deep architecture of being human. Every episode feels like a transmission: intelligent, embodied, and radically honest. What sets Elise apart is her capacity to hold both the mystical and the grounded, the sacred and the scientific, the shadow and the light, all in one breath. Whether she’s in conversation with spiritual teachers, scientists, writers, or cultural thinkers, the dialogue always feels alive, essential, and exquisitely human. This isn’t just a wellness podcast, it’s a spiritual education, a mirror, and a sanctuary for those walking the path of self-inquiry and collective healing. If you crave depth, nuance, and soul, you’ll find a home here. — Carla , AuraCare Group

    Bridge between science and spirituality
I love this podcast as it is one of my favorite places to turn for intellectual inspiration, and I am forever grateful for Elise’s great, synthesizing mind. So often I find signs and synchronicities in these episodes for things I’m experiencing during these great times of change, and I’m so grateful to have a podcast that so wonderfully bridges mind and spirit. I look so forward to new episodes each week and love Elise’s solo episodes as well, and love accompanying newsletter. Thank you for all that you do!!

    The Most Intentional Podcast
This is my favorite podcast. It is so hard to convey exactly what this podcast means to me and how much it has changed my life. Podcasts can be so hit or miss for me. I want the most authentic and intentional listening. That is PTT. I look forward to every Thursday when a new episode comes out. Elise is a fantastic host. She is so good at not only interviewing her guests, but also supporting them. She makes the structure or the container of this podcast so clear. It takes a really unique person to hold their guests and company up with such intention that in their answers we all feel such depth AND understanding. She has introduced me to amazing people like Richard Rohr and Phil Stutz or amazing concepts and structures like spiral dynamics or above/below the line, and the enneagram (4 here). I have bought her books, I have learned so much in my time listening to her. Thank you so, so much, Elise.

    Intellectual Chocolate
Elise’s content is like intellectual chocolate for me. Sometimes I’m searching for answers or explanations on a topic, and she and her guests’ discussions and curiosity just hit the spot. And sometimes I don’t know what I want but just want to be challenged, and once again it hits the spot. Intellectually, spiritually, whatever, it’s like I didn’t know I needed to hear it until I heard it. Intellectual chocolate 🍫

    Timing is everything
Hi Elise, I’ve been listening to you for years, way before this podcast came out. I don’t have to tell you that you are intelligent, bright, and interesting, I know you know that about yourself. I’m 20 years older than you or close to 20 years older. Just an observation- stop trying so hard. Give yourself some space to grow into the woman that you’re becoming. Like you, I too, am Jewish. When you are raised in a Jewish home, sometimes, unfortunately, some Jewish girls/women of a certain generation are undervalued, unseen andm, unheard. And sadly, this messaging follows us into adulthood and it becomes harder to erase the past as we get older. I feel like maybe you got some of that messaging, that you weren’t enough. I might be wrong though. Stay the course, lighten your grip, you have a long life to live. You’ll have all the things you want. And if you want to learn how to not fear asking for your value monetarily, I can help you with that. That’s one area I shine in. lol ~Jamie

Deep, wise, and practical- what a combination!
I am a long time listener of this podcast, and I have gained so much from my hours spent listening to Elise and her many wise guests. Elise has a style of interviewing that brings forward the information and heart of her guests with truth, tenderness, and insight. I value the way Elise is able to share pieces of her own story, while always highlighting the presence of her guest and bringing them forward in such a good way. I am truly grateful that there is content like this out in the world. So many podcasts are full of sensationalism and and don’t take the time to dive into the inner weaving threats of life in this way. It takes time, it takes presence, it takes willingness, and humility. I’m grateful for your work Elise!

    Elise is Mother!
I love this podcast and look forward to each episode every week. Elise articulates the/ her human experience and life’s big questions in the most beautiful, vulnerable and expansive way. She is an amazing interviewer and thought leader— I also love her solo episodes so much. Elise is mother! (I’m a millennial but this slang term always pops into my head when I think of her). Her work deeply resonates with me and I am so grateful for it. 💗

    Having a change of heart
I LOVE Elise. I’m getting turned off by everything turning into or relating to politics. I am not of the mindset that “the world is upside down” or “we live in strange times.”

    Sensory Warning
I was really curious about this podcast, and was excited to give a listen because I found several of the episode titles to be right up my alley. Unfortunately after several tries I had to throw in the towel due to sensory sensitivities. I hope this comes across in a constructive way because you can see how much work is put into these episodes, but the recordings are riddled with “mouth sounds”. As much as I try to push through they eventually trigger such intense anxiety and sensory overload that I find them unlistenable. This is certainly not a concern for everyone but fair warning, I listen to hours of podcasts a week and this is the first one I had issues with.
